Thrivon Solution: Students documented the incentives, eligibility, and enrollment process for California DR programs, including a detailed flow diagram. They mapped out the specific process for Southern California Edison (SCE) programs, identifying key contacts and deadlines. Thrivon Solution: Students researched historical and contemporary efforts on racial justice investing and analyzed how racial equity manifests within leadership and decision-making in companies. They evaluated Nia's portfolio companies for their contribution to racial equity, identifying potential new companies for the racial justice portfolio.
